-          The main question here is how to hit your sales target? I have here some guidelines and ways to hit your target.
-          1. Consider your competitor
o   Enough product must be observed in your shop. Having this kind of business is not only having a quality of product but also the quality of service you are giving to the customers. You should train your crew how to handle this. One factor also that we are in the edge compare to our competitor is Our Name (dunkin’donuts).
-          2. Plan  Ahead
o   SM malls is distributing their schedule of activity  good for the whole month. Use this kind of strategy to plan ahead. Conduct a per shop meeting how to catch a fish. Plan your manpower schedule properly.
o   Some Citys and  barangay may have their own schedule of acitivities, some of them is posted at their barangay offices.
o   Assign quota every crews. Let them realized that each customer that comes in has a great potential for buying your products.
-          3. Team work.
o   It takes a team work to attain goal, and it takes a captain to lead to attain your goal. Be a good leader. Show them what is the essence of have this kind of job. Let them realized that each of them is important in our company.
-          Lastly, If you want to lead, you need to have a vision to show people where you are going.
