Guni Guni at Pangarap

When I was 7 and 3 months old, I've dreamed.
That dream is Impossible.
I was in grade school then when I started to see the world
as my biggest home. Starting to open book of science and studying
who holds the world.
I sigh!
Laugh!
Umhh.. Recess time its time to eat.
so much for the serious thing...

When I arrived at canteen, my classmates asked me
how much do you spend during recess?
I answered them weirdly, Nothing!
why? because I have ''baon"..
I just went to canteen to drink a glass of water..

the bell ring..
My math teacher came and wrote a word in the blackboard
I can't forget what He wrote...
all in capital letter..
MATHEMATICS...

i stand up and approached my teacher and asked..
Sir, could you define what is mathematics?
I Can't child! the teacher answer me..
but why?
because it is your assignment...

Huh! homework again...
5:13 PM i arrived at my home with a smile of my beautiful mother.

Ang Mabubuting Plano ni Mr. ben

-          The main question here is how to hit your sales target? I have here some guidelines and ways to hit your target.

-          1. Consider your competitor

o   Enough product must be observed in your shop. Having this kind of business is not only having a quality of product but also the quality of service you are giving to the customers. You should train your crew how to handle this. One factor also that we are in the edge compare to our competitor is Our Name (dunkin’donuts).

-          2. Plan  Ahead

o   SM malls is distributing their schedule of activity  good for the whole month. Use this kind of strategy to plan ahead. Conduct a per shop meeting how to catch a fish. Plan your manpower schedule properly.

o   Some Citys and  barangay may have their own schedule of acitivities, some of them is posted at their barangay offices.

o   Assign quota every crews. Let them realized that each customer that comes in has a great potential for buying your products.

-          3. Team work.

o   It takes a team work to attain goal, and it takes a captain to lead to attain your goal. Be a good leader. Show them what is the essence of have this kind of job. Let them realized that each of them is important in our company.

-          Lastly, If you want to lead, you need to have a vision to show people where you are going.

My First Love..(daghan jud ka relate ani)

Late at nite, it was 12 midnight,from the city in the forest(bukidnon),kind of dark, the fogs kisses my forehead, the cold air blown the falling leaves of mahogany, still their was green grass, completely silent!(imagine this!)

love: umh..murag bag-o ko kay transferee man, murag 3rd yr ko ky gapangita man ko ug line sa 3rd year..cge       bye, adto sako.

2nd meeting:
benz: deep thinking(umh, unsaon kaha nko pag-ila2 ato ba?)umhh..

love: hehe.Oo..
benz: naa man gud mi assignment sa values/religion ba, kanang ipasulat daw ang name sa you mga friends. pwede tika isulat?

Green fields, mahogany trees with plenty of eucalyptus trees, the gate opened then i quickly get inside when suddenly the CAT officer called my attention. yes?unsa man ang problema ? hah? (isog kaayo!nga pagka sulti)
CAT: asa imong ID?
benz: Hah? umh..malouy tawon ka salvador..layo kaayo..amo..pls.aya nko pauli-a..malouy ka..
CAT: cge, pamodyot ug Mahogany Leaves didto dayon sunoga...

yes! recess na,magkita na jud mi ni Lab2..

with a positive mind set, with a smile like a open-mouth-wide, with gel hair turn into like trash ..

I quickly go to the canteen where the mahogany leaves slowly falling at the rooftop, when i suddenly seen Lab2 with his BF daw..

Sino si Benz?

Ang pagalan niya ay Ruben Bagsoling- of course gwapo!, 


The star still is shining and the air is so cold, The breeze of the river still fresh from my mothers memory, a night of happiness, a night to remembered. A legend night of February, The Sperm of my father suddenly went to my mothers reproductive organ and with an intentional plan, Baby Benz starting to become a human. It was like battle of Mactan.


After 9 months from my mothers womb, In the city in the forest, where the green grass and and mahogany tree still lives on, an artquake came then the rain pours from heaven. Tonight is a blessing, my mothers said, That was month of October, day 06, year 1988. The worlds cutest baby born.


22 years passed, Baby benz, is no longer a baby literally but if you will try to look at his face, you will realized and defined the baby face.


Benz currently working in a prestigious company. He really enjoy what he is doing and the same time sharing his knowledge.
